On some of our adventures we partner with other professional snowsport instructors. The instructors listed below have been chosen for their incredible ability to deliver an outstanding and enjoyable Snowsports experience.
Austrian Registration / EU rules on providing snowsport services
Our snowsports school follows the officially registration process in the state of Tirol / Austria where we are legally permitted to teach, coach and lead as part of an agreed framework. Our team are also registered in Tirol with their professional qualifications ( Diplom schilehrer / Landeschilehrer).
Lead coach Pete Gillespie in a European register instructor holing the highest European qualifications (Level 4 CTT) and permitted to deliver coaching and guiding within in the EU.
Guy Nason
We have been working with Guy since 2009. Having qualified as an ISIA ski teacher. Guy has a supportive style of coaching and has proved very popular with our guests looking for development in bite size chunks.

Dan Gillespie
Dan has a real passion for freeride and back country skiing and specializes in introducing and coaching freestyle to rookie riders. Dan is now based in Verbier Switzerland where he is a coach with the Warren Smith Ski Academy.
Dan runs many of our UK based IASI courses and is often a regular on the early season Autumn and Winter adventures.

Ali Smith
Ali Smith has been a career ski teacher for over 25 years working in Europe and the southern hemisphere. Beginning with seasons in Tirol, Austria Ali soon found himself working back to back winters between Austria and Australia. During this time experience was gained taking qualifications both with BASI and the Australian professional ski instructors association. In recent years he has gained recognition as a trainer for BASI and Snowsport Scotland running instructor training and leadership courses. In addition to this Ali was the head of snowsports at Snozone Milton Keynes between 2005 and 2011.
Ali is now a very active Educator with IASI and runs his own program www.skidefinition.com

Penny Chapman
Penny has joined as a guest coach with Alpinecoaching on many occasions As a regular coach at The Snow Centre Penny is very active in developing the performance of many regular skiers who then sought further on the mountain guidance and coaching. This formula has proven to be a great success.
In addition to development coaching Penny is also a recognized IASI Educator and delivers the IASI level 1 instructors courses at The snow Centre.
